課程概述 |
Organizational Behavior (OB) is an interdisciplinary subject that provides systematic knowledge about human behavior in organizations. Topics within organizational behavior include: perceptions, values and attitudes, personality, motivation, group dynamics, communication, conflict and negotiation, leadership, power and politics, organization design, and organizational culture. My goal is for you to be able to apply the knowledge you acquire this semester to enhance your performance on the job. |
課程目標 |
•To solve organizational behavior problems/issues.
•To gain a solid understanding of human behavior in the workplace from an individual, group, and organizational perspective.
• To obtain frameworks and tools to effectively analyze and approach various organizational situations.
• To integrate course materials with your own workplace experiences.
• To reflect upon your own beliefs, assumptions, and behaviors with respect to how individuals, groups, and organizations act. |
